It has a 360 degree swivel and a fixed 7 degree tilt. Wood stud hardware is included. Concrete, metal and masonry hardware kits and accessories are available. Heavy gauge steel construction with an oven baked black wrinkle finish. VCRU and VCRE17DS compatible.
